It prevents and combats acne in mixed and oily complexion and it does not contain soap. This dermatological soap bar can be used alone or together with other treatments that fights with problem of acne. It helps to regulate secretion of oil and to remove any impurities and improve general appearance of the skin.
Soap does not cause irritation. It contains lactic acid which is an alpha hydroxy acid which occurs naturally in the skin as an element of metabolic process. Lactic acid in the skin helps to keep the value of pH of the acid mantle at the level of 5,5 to 6,0, whereas it should be stressed that the pH of the intimate body area is about 4-4.5.
