Pertama kali beli tepung organik wholemeal rasa teruja sangat. Produk organik beli separuh harga masa tu. Kalau ikutkan harga asal memang pikir banyak kali la nak beli. Resepi pertama buat donut wholemeal. Mungkin sebab pertama kali buat dough menggunakan tepung wholemeal ni jd tak biasa nak agak banyak mana tepung yg optimum dan donut terhasil agak keras. Kecewa la sikit. Rupanya bancuhan utk tepung wholemeal memerlukan kuantiti air yang lebih berbanding tepung gandum biasa. Kena improve skill lebih lepas ni. 1kg banyak so dpt la sy improve skill. Walaubagaimanapun donut wholemeal tu tetap sedap.
