every 3 month will change new toothbrush, this is the Pureen Kids toothbrush which I like for nieces. It's suitable for them to use and it has ultra soft bristle that doesn't make their gum bleed. when promotional there is buy 2 free 1 toothbrush just like this pack. It is affordable and not expensive, most important kids like to brush teeth as they also like the color of the tooth brush.
