Ideal for high temperature ovens, Perfect Italiano Ultra is low-browning, great tasting, has good stretch, minimal oiling off and excellent coverage when melted.
And even though Perfect Italiano Ultra Mozzarella is low browning at higher temperatures it still has all the qualities that have made our Traditional Mozzarella a market favourite.
