Matured in the traditional manner for at least 15 months, Perfect Italiano Parmesan has a distinctive, strong, rich flavour. The wax block presents well and can be easily cut into portions for sale.

My big temptation!

Parmesan is my very special treat. Not only to add to pasta, but by itself. I need to be careful though, because it’s quite an expensive temptation. But really delicious! In particular this Perfect Italiano one.
