Well when come to plastic kettle.. it is required a bit of luck.. since some of the plastic will may last longer than you expected like mine already ages more than 6 years (old model) and the plastic body still intact and not aging (mereput la).. well im hoping this model would serve me as well as the previous model.. by all means u still need to take a good care of it if want it to last longer.. switch it OFF when done is very important..
