At first I was not used to the strange taste (a hint of salty-ish) but after awhile I got used to it after seeing improvements on my affected gum areas. I used to bleed quite often prior to using this but after brushing with Parodontax it has visibly reduced. Also, I find that using a soft-bristled toothbrush works. Gumcare is just as important as teethcare so this product is recommended for people with gum problems or people whom would like to avoid gum problems too.
