Massage is always my first choice and will put a like whenever satisfy the massage services provided. It's my first time been there and the massage make me enjoy lying & nice sleep could feel really to the points

6 hour just only RM68 , i very love the buffet and jacuzzi and cinema . After long time work , and not much money to traveling . Can go to visit , i feel a little bit mind & body relax .

如果设备方面可以再照顾一下就很完美了，毕竟公共场所，设施可能太多人使用了……不过总体上来说还是挺不错的…还有很多地方可以更人性化一点就更棒了！

Basically my first experince in ossoto is great. Din stay overnight but i enjoyed to the max. Like the facilities there i.e. jacuzzi steam sauna fish spa.. and during that time still not much people visiting ossota and the price for female is still rm68. However during my second visit im nt sure is it because of they are unable to cope the increasing number of customer the facility is not being taken care of.. And during the night i was unable to find a place to sleep. The sleeping area couldnot cope the number of customer and we were forced to sleep in the cinema. Now the price has been increased to rm100+ . Ossoto need to revise the price and improve the facility and also increase manpower.

I had a very bad experience Ossoto spa in KL. After we made our trip there, the receptionist told us that the basic price is RM80 but we HAVE to spend AT LEAST another additional RM88 for credits, if we don't, they will still charge us at least RM168! And the worst thing is food and beverage is NOT included in the basic fee! Which means if we want to do massage we have to pay another RM38 for lunch/dinner! This is way too ridiculous! "The price is inclusive of local buffet throughout 24 hours." We really feel that we are cheated as most of the website is not updated with the latest charges! We would like to comment to the movies that were being shown in the so-called cinema, the movies are either too erotic and vulgar or too outdated! In the end, my friend and I spent not more than half a day in the spa as there aren't much activities inside the club because the charges for activities unacceptable! I will strongly advice people never ever waste your time and money in Ossoto!
