great if you're prone to dry skin . .
my face doesn’t feel too dry and tight after using this toner, and it doesn’t sting when you put it on. my face tends to break out if it gets too oily and/or if it gets too dry. this is like the perfect in between. it re balances my skin without over hydrating it. i was debating on whether to buy this or the murad vitamin c toner. i sprayed this on the back of one hand, and the vitamin c on the other. when they were dry, the hand i sprayed this one on felt much more hydrated than the other.
