Very Salty

It very suitable for steam fish but it’s too salty. If you put too little it doesn’t taste good, if you put to much it’s too salty. I often mix it with other soy sauce and some sugar before pour it on the fish. No more fishy smell.

This product helps you with the hassle of combining soy sauce, sesame oil, etc for your marinating needs. It’s all contained in one bottle. However, sometimes I feel that when you use this marinate long enough, it tends to get boring because you know how it tastes like when you’ve tasted it long enough. For me, I like to mix things up whenever I marinate my meat because I like to switch it up and experiment with my own concoction instead. Using this product is great, but it’s for those who like to know that they’re going to get the same taste everytime they use a product. I like a varied version of marinades, so using this isn’t really what I’m looking for.

Lee Kum Kee product has always been my number choice for preparing scrumptious meal . The latest edition to the family is Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for seafood. It is very versatile , it can be added in fried noodle, fried rice , soup (I love putting this in my seacucumber soup) or stirred fried vegetable for extra upmhhhh!

It is perfect for steamed fish and like sauces I’ve had in restaurants. Steamed fish and add some Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood, the meal smell good and delicious.

Great for steamed fish and clams. This seafood soy sauce is lighter than the usual with a touch of sweetness to it, helping it complement fresh seafood dishes. An awesome bottle of seasoning for fish and crustacean lovers!

I think that Lee Kum Kee is one of the best brands out there for oriental/Chinese cuisine cooking. Especially the soy sauce, when used for cooking has a tinge of sweetness to its taste. Also, Lee Kum Kee soy sauce is less salty (less sodium maybe?) compared to other sauces but is definitely more fragrant.
