Following the creation of oyster sauce in the late 19th century, its creator Mr Lee Kum Sheung founded the company of Lee Kum Kee. Today, Lee Kum Kee is a worldwide leader in oyster sauce, which has become a key ingredient to many Chinese dishes.
My favourite oyster sauce
Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce is always my favourite at home. I love to cook dishes by adding oyster sauce into it as it makes my dishes more delicious and yummy. The price of this oysters sauce is around RM15 which is more expensive than other brand. However I love its thick and strong oyster taste, thus I continue using it till now

妈妈出菜都会放这个来调味的，可以增加菜的香味的，有些只是把菜煮一下加这个Oyster Sauce就很好吃了
