I am in awe of the La gourmet® Thermalware, which is made of 304 Stainless Steel with extra copper lining, simply for its ability to keep my porridge warm when I am on to work. Usually, most double-walled thermalware does not protect the heat from escaping, and I’m usually left with cold food by lunchtime. This Sakura Plus Cooker Pot is an exemption! On my first day, it lasted till about lunch hour from 8am in the morning. I followed the simple instructions and made myself a wholesome lunch of porridge, and all without the fuss of pre-cooking it. Just pour boiling water into the pot, seal tightly, and off to work. It has an in-built pressure release button, which works similar to a pressure cooker, so that the right temperature is set throughout the journey. I can’t wait to try more recipes with this. Even better, it is easily washable and fits my palm perfectly. Hence, very practical for busy moms and in-between trips.
