Knowledge Tree – After School Programme

Throw in Knowledge Tree’s enriching early childhood education syllabus and afterschool programmes in the mix (eg Mandarin Class, Speech & Drama, Arts & Crafts, Bahasa Malaysia, Modern Music), and you get a proven recipe for a confident, sharp-minded, adaptable and socially-apt kid, eager and ready to embrace primary school life.

Founded in 2006 by Kelly Soo, inspired by her own experiences as a teacher of early childhood education, Knowledge Tree practices the Montessori educational approach, delivered by passionate facilitators with your child’s best interest at heart, ensuring a nurturing, stimulating and fun environment that is highly conducive for the growth and all-round development of your child.

Knowledge Tree’s Afterschool Mandarin Programme would be particularly advantageous for those enrolled in Chinese primary schools with in-house Mandarin teachers conducting daily classes employing the Odonata Mandarin Reading Programme, a story-based curriculum that teaches simplified Chinese characters. Kids will also benefit from one-on-one reading and flash card sessions, while learning the KSSR syllabus including subjects such as Mathematics, Science and Moral in Mandarin.

There are currently four Knowledge Tree kindergartens, located in Ara Damansara (HQ), Setia Alam, Desa ParkCity and Bukit Jalil.
