Tiramisu has always been a favourite of mine because it has the right combination of coffee, chocolate and vanilla flavours merged together. I also like the fact that the cream does not melt easily, and it does not have an overly thick and milky taste in your mouth. The cream is smooth, luxurious and goes well with biscuits, wafers and even bread.
