Superb texture with a whole lot of bite
This product is very nice to store and delicious to consume as it is the closest to the mantaos you eat at a dim sum restaurant. I liked the texture – it was not too hollow, not too dense, and not too sweet as well. It pairs well with chicken floss, kaya, butter and even peanut butter. But my favourite way to consume this is by eating it plain. Only downside is that you have to wait for the product to thaw before steaming it or else it would become very stiff in the middle due to the product being stone-cold frozen.
