The chocolate filling tasted weird
The texture of the mantao was nice and dense, but the filling was just not up to standard despite knowing that it’s artificial chocolate. The taste was too sweet, with a heavy taste in your mouth while the texture of the chocolate did not incorporate well with the product. I steam these after being thawed as it is not advisable to directly steam the buns while still frozen. If you want the luxury of convenience, this product can be for you.
