This product tastes great reminds me of the old carnation instant breakfast strawberry powder back when I was a kid not the taste of the product now. It has a lot of vitamins & protein & some fiber drinking a bottle of this each morning helps me feel fuller & get the vitamins I need without having to take a pill.
