KELLOGG’S SPECIAL K CEREAL is made from Rice, Wheat Gluten, Sugar, Defatted Wheat Germ, Salt, Corn Syrup, Whey, Malt Flavoring, Calcium Caseinate, Ascorbic Acid, Niacinamide, Zinc Oxide, Iron, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Vitamin A Palmitate, Folic Acid, Vitamin D, BHT. I just like to add in my fresh milk in the morning, it will give me feel more fullness.

Suitable to eat in the morning as it is very healthy and contains all the nutrients which our body needs. Suitable for those who are on diet and it makes me feel full. Healthy cereal

My kids like it much. They like to dip it into milk or milo. I will give them to eat Kellogg’s Special K Original Cereal with their milk before they sleep. So that they will feel full and can sleep tight at night.

Great tasting, healthy option

I love Special K! It’s tasty and not overly sweet. It works best when you pour cold milk over it and let it sit for a few minutes. Delicious! I have it for breakfast and keys me going until it’s time for lunch. The only downside is the price.
