    I’ve tried many meal replacement shakes, but Special K (Kellogg’s) does it right. There’s very little, if any, of the metallic aftertaste that is usually left behind from all of the minerals they pack into these sorts of drinks, the taste is much smoother than others I’ve tried, and it doesn’t upset my tummy like the others do either. I can drink one of these for breakfast and stay full until lunchtime without a problem. Definitely drink it very cold, even iced is nice. I’m not as much of a fan of the Strawberry or Chocolate flavors, but the French Vanilla is where it’s at. After months of having it every day, I’m still not sick of it, it’s almost like a daily treat. I get these shipped to me because the everyday Walmart price is still better than most of the local grocery stores when they put it on “sale”!
