    Very great for when you’re hungry. Nice full satisfied feel after eating. And they have a lot of protein them. Plus some other good things in them. Tastes great and worth the price.

    These are good. They aren’t as tasty as some others, but that’s because they are packed with nutrition and are MEAL bars, not snack bars. They keep you full a lot longer and have a lot of protein. I am diabetic and when my blood sugar drops I need protein and something that will stick with me and keep me full for a while. Good for dieting as well. Lots of protein keeps you full longer.
