Can last long time but too bulky

This type of ice brick can last up to 8 hours to keep cool but then this is also quite bulky & heavy.
Suitable for breastfeed mummy who working in office.

Jingle Jungle – Classy Reusable Ice Pack

This fit nicely for small cooler bag (can store up to 4 bottles of expressed breastmilk). Small and compact to bring over short distance and ice pack can last for more than 12 hours (personally didn't try up to 12 hours, maximum hours I tried was 8 hours)

I would prefer the bigger size one which can store 6 bottles of expressed breastmilk.
