How to use

Gently brush the teeth before the application. Wash and dry your hands and remove the pre-charged mold from the sealed package, applying immediately on the teeth and making sure that the gel is in contact with the teeth. You can do this process to both upper and bottom teeth, using one mold for each. Close the mouth and do not bite too hard to make sure the gel doesn’t come out of the mold. Leave it for 20 minutes, remove and dispose of the mold. Wash your mouth to make sure all the gel has been removed from teeth and gums – do NOT swallow the gel. Use for 5 consecutive days for better results.
