These blushes are NOT matte. These casts a nice sheen on my cheeks, along with a light wash of colour.
As the name suggest "PEARL", it gives a pearly finish on cheek. Therefore its perfect for day time as well as night time.
Makes a good highlighter as well.
It looks like a baked powder blush.
