Satu yang baru ni saya letak dekat office sebab senang guna dan bila balik rumah tak perlu install software lagi, boleh terus print. Ink pun murah dan tak leceh. Using this one for a week now. Specially for my son's school project works n other home usage. Very easy to install and operate. Recommended.

The printer is good. No installation guide is included. Though its easy. if you are buying thinking that you would be able to refill your cartridge, take a second look. The refill didn't work for me and had to buy the expensive original cartridge. So its a misleading information (not by HP officially but through proxies so that the sale picks up) being floated that its economical because of refillable cartridge. HP is blocking the cartridge on detecting a refill. Now thats not fair I think. Having paid for a product, I have the full right to do whatever I feel like to my equipment. the company can't (should not) coerce me to buy their cartridge. Thats bad marketing & lack of understanding of Indian family consumer and hence the company will be doomed soon.

The print out that where are coming out of the printer was unclear. After a will, the printer suddenly stop in one day then I call this company's customer care coma and tell us about the problem with the printer. I was then informed by customer care, they will send a technician to my house to repair the printer. Three days later, a technician come to my house, and repair the printer. Them for they will the printer was running fine. But suddenly after the printer shut down again, then I called customer care again at this company.
