Printer was packaged very well. Instructions for removing packaging were easy to follow and minimal. The installation was a breeze as far as getting the printer setup for wireless printing. Was able to get my apple and android products printing with no problem. Installing the scanner software went fine.

Did not setup fax service so unclear how that would go.

Print quality looks very good. Sharp blacks and good color contrast.

Only "problem" with the printer is it prints slow. From command sent to first page can be about 1 minute and color pages each take about 10-15 seconds. This was understood when I bought the printer, but we do very little printing at home and couldn't beat the price for a color laser/copier.

Also the power light, even in sleep mode, is VERY bright. I put tape over it.

All in all, very happy with this capable printer for a very reasonable price.
