Hippychick developed these gorgeous cotton fleece blankets in response to requests for a natural alternative to polyester fleece, scratchy wool and bulky quilts. They are wonderfully soft, breathable and ideal for young and sensitive skins due to their chemical free composition. These blankets have International Certification: Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (Class 1 especially for babies). This is renewed annually and testing is carried out on all material, dyed yarns, banding and labels. Only natural fertilisers are used on the crops and they are produced using a chemical free manufacturing process. This fabulous range of blankets comes in both Baby and Toddler sizes and are available in a variety of colours and designs. There is also an Organic Cotton version which comes in both sizes. All of them are machine washable on a normal wool programme. Unbelievably soft and warm they are just the thing to snuggle your baby or toddler up in.
