I’ve consumed a fair amount of strawberry flavoured items and confectionary for my time, so differentiating each of them is quite distinct to my tastebuds. This Haagen-Dazs one in particular has a very mild mainstream strawberry flavour to it. However, the strawberry taste does seem like some amount of real extract was added into the product. For the cream, the texture is quite luxurious as it is smooth and silky. It does not taste rough on the tongue and it does not have a massive amount of colouring added into it as well which I like. The price is costlier compared to mainstream ice-cream brands, but what you’re paying is in good exchange of the quality you’re receiving.
