This is his second one of this style ...
I bought this brace for my fatherinlaw. He has natural knee joint deterioration (nearly bone on bone now) and this brace works well for him. It doesn't provide as much support as others, but he really likes the fact that it allows a lot of mobility, it fits well under clothes, and there is not too much fabric in the back causing bunching and crimping. There was discrepancy in the other reviews regarding the fit of this brace. The fit was true for him. We measured his knee at 17 inches and an extra large fits good. This is his second one of this style and the first lasted quite awhile. A good value
