Cooking Instruction:
Ingredients: 1 Herbal Tea Egg Mix filter bag,10-15 eggs, water
Seasoning: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce.
1) Wash and boil eggs until they are throughly cooked, then crack the shells of the eggs. Be careful not to peel off the shell.
2) Add filter bag, eggs and seasoning into pot, fill water to about 3 inches above the eggs.
3) Bring to boil. Simmer under low heat for 3 hours. Add water when necessary to prevent drying up.
