Traditional recipe for relieving coughs.

Ingredients:

Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Semen Nelumbinis, Semen Coicis, Arillus Longan, Fructus Jujubae (Red), Momordica Grosvenori Swingle, Fructus Lycii.

How to Use:

One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.
Conventional Cooker: Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Pressure Cooker: Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water to boil for 5 minutes on high heat.
After that, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Follow precautionary precedure when using pressure cooker.
