Springy Yet Tasty Vermicelli

This is made out of brown rice, so the texture is a bit more dense compared to the usual white rice vermicelli. Nonetheless, it takes in flavours and seasoning pretty well, and does not become soggy while cooked. I'll purchase this again, for sure.
