The instructions say I need to condition my legs to the product and night or prolong use is only allowed after that. Nevertheless I only strap on after I wake up (to warm the legs) and in the evening after a long day (to relax). I\’m the type of person who sweat profusely so I don\’t feel comfortable to wear it during my exercise (the neoprene material feels itchy when I sweat). But I do put them on when I spend long hours in the kitchen or ironing.
