When I first bought this, I had doubts about how it tasted because I never imagined a frozen bean curd to retain its crispiness. However, when frying it, the bean curd roll managed to retain not only the crunch factor but its shape. The fish filling inside was light and bouncy, much like a fish ball texture. The combination worked really well, and I honestly would have it each time I have a steamboat dinner!
