Perfect tea kettle. It looks great on the counter of our kitchen, and goes well with the other white appliances. Heating time is not lightning fast, but no slower than other less attractive kettles. Lid is easy to remove and snaps back on tightly so it doesn\’t fall off when pouring. Top opening is large enough to get my medium sized hand through for cleaning the interior. Spout pours a narrow direct stream into teapot or cup without dribbling or splashing. Handle is insulated, stays cool and keeps your hand away from the steam. On switch just flips down and shuts off automatically when the water is finished heating. Quiet, efficient and great looking
