not dehydrate my skin
The consistency of this is exactly like water. This product does not have ethanol. A lot of Japanese toners usually have ethanol in them and I have been using them for years and do not find them drying at all. It spreads on the face as quick as water would, but does not dehydrate my skin after that. It dries in a matter of seconds. Sometimes, if I forget to put on moisturizer on top, it still does not leave my skin bone dry like water would (I have combination skin).
