    The mixer is very well made the dough I have to make is a very stiff dough and it handled it very well.

    It allows me to make larger and more complex baked goods. This mixer is a sturdy and has a 7 quart stainless steel mixing bowl that is deep and wide and powerful motor, even good in making the heaviest of doughs to the lightest delicate meringues and anadama bread ( It’s a heavy, whole wheat, cornmeal, molasses bread ).

    However, if you plan to keep it on a stand or small table, you will need a VERY STURDY one.
