Contain up to 130mg of ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate which is essential for our body. Vitamin C is a well know supplement especially for people like me who lazy to eat fresh fruits :). Of course this is not the best way, fresh fruit is still the best. To me this is just the supplement that i will take occasionally. Come in a rounded flat tablet with orange flavo. Chewable and easy to carry. I can feel i'm having lesser flu after taking this VIt C
