Memerlukan maintenance yang tinggi walaupun menggunakan ink luaran. Kerana printer head pada printer ini sangat sensitif sekiranya menggunakan ink yang tidak sama jenama & bersesuaian mengikut spec printer tersebut. Kualiti pada kaler boleh dikira ok namun masih kurang jika dibandingkan dengan epson brand.

I have bought 11.01.2017 mfc-j3520 through lazada it reached me on time with good care and handing, as instructions shown I used printing quality is too good but I have taken nearly 50copies colour print the LCD shows cannot print ink cartridges is empty after removing everyone I found its empty how is possible the yield 2400 copies shown what have to do? and how to refill the ink cartridges where I have to buy the ink. I give 5 stars to it if easy available ink and refill method.till 3.feb.2017 i didn't refund my amount.
