I stumbled into The Body Shop on my lunch break last week and picked up this new fragrance and, it has become a fast favourite in my collection! Initially, when I smelled it in the shop after it was recommened by a lovely sales assistant, I loved how floral (from the orchid and tuberose) and delicate but also musky and oriental (from the vanilla) this perfume is. It is quite an interesting combination of scents, which is very different to anything I've every smelt before, especially at this affordable price point. If you enjoy wearing scents that you won't find every person wearing this is definitely the one for you! Another feature of this perfume that has made me enjoy using it so much, is the longevity of the scent. Intially when you spray it, it produces a rather intense (but not overwhelming) scent- which I find can be achieved in only 2-3 squirts which is perfect as this product will last you months! However, unlike other perfumes I find when I spray it on me in the morning, by the end of the day I can still smell it lingering on me. It is not as powerful as it was at the start but I've had people ask me what perfume I'm wearing mid-afternoon, without me reapplying! I also love that the rare nitergella used in this perfume is not harmed during the manufacturing process as I am a big believe in conservation and its so great to see that the Body Shop stands for those kinds of issues!
