Turnkey Consulting’s CSR Initiative Uncovers 60 kg Trash, Sparks Urgency for Cleaner Environment
Turnkey Consulting recently organised a lakeside cleaning project at Tasik Biru Seri Kundang, Rawang, as part of their ongoing corporate social responsibility initiative. The event that took place on 17th June 2023 saw the active participation of 16 enthusiastic team members who dedicated their time and efforts to make a positive impact in the preservation and conservation of the county’s environment and natural resources.

The lakeside cleaning project aimed to tackle the issue of environmental pollution and promote the importance of keeping the country’s natural spaces clean. This initiative was supported by the local council (Selayang Municipal Council) who came equipped with a dedicated garbage truck for proper disposal of the trash collected during the clean-up.
The Turnkey team collected approximately 60 kg of trash which was littered around the picturesque lake. Prioritising sustainability, the team diligently segregated the collected trash into recyclable and non-recyclable items. This ensured that the recyclable waste could be appropriately processed and contribute to the recycling efforts in the area. By promoting responsible waste management, Turnkey Consulting aims to inspire others to adopt eco-friendly practices and reduce their environmental footprint.
