HOW TO USE?
IN A MASSAGE BLEND: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil.
IN A BATH: Add 4 – 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
IN A VAPORISER: Add 6 – 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
IN AN INHALATION: Add 3 – 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapour.
