Genting Highlands, 21^st March 2019 – It’s time for a party – CBeebies style – as the delightful and fun-loving characters from the British Broadcasting Corporation’s children entertainment channel take to the stage of the Genting International Showroom. Titled ‘CBeebies & Friends – It’s Party Time!’, the musical show makes its world premiere at Resorts World Genting on 16 to 31 March 2019, promising a performance full of energy and fun for little ones. What is the CBeebies & Friends – It’s Party Time! one might ask? It is a jam-packed 60-minute show that is entertaining from start to finish with amazing characters. The live show is presided over by a lively show host, who introduces the stars of CBeebies as they perform in their own Party Piece segment with a cast and crew hailing from Australia and Singapore. The stars appear onstage as lively mascots in colourful costumes with detailed props to boot.

The line-up includes characters who will need no introduction, like The Teletubbies, Hey Duggee, the Go Jetters and Ubercorn, and Sarah & Duck. Each segment is packed with its own unique and fun hook, from party dancing along with the Teletubbies, Tinky Winky, Dispsy, Laa-Laa and Po in all their purple, red, yellow and green glory surrounded by the familiar grassy landscape.

Kids can also join in as honorary cadets at the funkiest school in town with the Go Jetters Xuli, Kyan, Lars, Foz and Ubercorn, a fabulous disco dancing unicorn. Celebrate Scarf Lady’s birthday with the whimsical Sarah and her lovable best friend Duck, which take the stage as two puppets as they relay amusing jokes. Then, earn your Hey Duggee teamwork badge with Duggee and the adorable members of the Squirrel Club including Betty the Octopus, Happy the Crocodile, Roly the Hippo, Tag the Rhino and Norrie the Mouse.

Learn, laugh and play with special CBeebies Friends, through song, dance and friendship together, leading into a celebratory finale unlike no other, dancing along with fun giant party balloons which are thrown into the crowd for an unforgettable time. Kids and even adults can join in the fun to wiggle, shake and go round and round along with their new friends.  Hooray! It’s Party Time!
