1) Wash your face. 2) Please shake the bottle well & hold it up right before use. 3) Pump out adequate amount of foam onto palm (size of a ping pong ball), spread on the entire face, massage for 20-30 seconds and rinse thoroughly. 4) Use your finger to massage the wings of your nose, chin, foreheads & cheeks in a circular motion for about 20 – 30 seconds. 5) Rinse off fully with cold or warm water. * Avoid contact with the eyes. Rinse off immediately if the foam gets into your eyes. O If it does not foam up under low temperature, immerse the can in lukewarm water before use.
