Alce Nero has become one of my favourite organic products brand in the past year. I discovered it through a sampling session and I got hooked over the conventional ones. The ingredients are much healthier and gives off a bouncy taste when cooking. It doesn't take long for it to be cooked and goes great with its organic tomato and basil pasta sauce. Magnifique!
