Nice and concentrated

Very concentrated abalone sauce. I often use it to marinade chicken or meat. Mix a bit with pepper and oyster sauce for the marination. Leaves it for 20 to 30min before steam or fried it. Stir fried would taste good too.

The sauce does not have obvious abalone taste

I bought one to try it as I wanted to try whether it has abalone taste. Hmmm..actually I cannot taste it has abalone taste. But overall after cook my dishes with it, the taste is nice too.

鲍鱼不是那么的明显

这个说是鲍鱼的味道我觉得不是那么的像，像蚝油多些不过如果真的鲍鱼也不可能会那么的便宜啦，我妈妈都是拿来炒菜时候放的不过味道真的会比较好吃些
