The school traces its humble beginnings to Bukit Jalil where it still serves the ever growing community till today. The school was founded by Ms Sheena Ignatius in 2008, located in one of the Aked Esplanad shop lots in Bukit Jalil. Things were slow in the beginning as the school was relatively unknown in the area but she persevered and over time the word started to spread and in no time The Montessori Place grew to what it is today. Almost 10 years on, they now have multiple branches and are a popular name to most families in Bukit Jalil, Sri Petaling, OUG, Kinrara & Puchong. The school is a place where your child can joyfully explore and learn at his/her own pace. They are dedicated to upholding the right of all children to progress in their own individual way, and to be provided with the tools they need for their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
