Ingredients:
Rhizoma Polygonatum odoratum, Radix Glehniae, Radix Codonopsis, Longan, Fructus Lycii.
How to Use:
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.
Conventional Cooker: Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Pressure Cooker: Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water to boil for 5 minutes on high heat.
After that, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Follow precautionary procedure when using pressure cooker.
Seasoning: Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
