Ingredients:

Dried Pear Slices, Ficus Carica, Fructus Jujubae, Fructus Lycii, Bitter Apricot Seed, Sweet Apricot Seed.

How to Use:

Serves 3 to 4 persons

  • Empty one packet of soup ingredients, 500g of meat, 1500ml of water into pot and bring to boil. Slimmer for 1½  hours. Add salt or soya sauce as desired. Proportion of meat and water can be adjusted according to own preference.
  • Store in a cool , dry place. Keep refrigerated if do not use immediately or once packet is opened.
