When my husband and I purchased the cot for our first born, we were not looking for this. The shop was out of our first choice and suggested we give this a try instead. I have to say that the sleek curves adds a nice unexpected dimension to the overall look of the cot. It's made well and have stood the test of time (two boys jumping up and down with no breakage or cracks). Due to wear and tear, the lock on the wheels have broken off but other than that, it all works perfectly. Unfortunately, it's 1cm too wide to go through my door so I can't move it out of the current room unless I dismantle it. Perhaps it's just my door frame size but do give it a thought when you set it up.
