I love Smart Start. It's my morning bowl of cereal and has been my go-to cereal ever since it defeated Total Raisin Bran in a taste test. I don't always eat right, so when I know I can get the coverage of a multivitamin in my morning bowl of cereal, I understand that I can get away with a salad for lunch and something meaty for dinner, and not worry about whether I managed to get exactly the right number of orange or green vegetables.
